These Terms & Conditions govern electrical and HVAC services provided by Deane Electric & Air Conditioning ("we," "us," or "our"), 502 S 2nd St, Killeen, TX 76541, and our communications with you. By requesting service or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide residential and commercial electrical and HVAC services in the Killeen, Belton, and Copperas Cove areas of Central Texas. All work is performed under Texas licenses TACLA 40981C and TECL- 41185.
Estimates are provided in good faith and may change if job conditions, scope, or materials differ from what was expected. Any change in price or scope will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. Prices are not final until agreed upon in a signed estimate or work authorization.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled windows. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Certain trip, diagnostic, or restocking fees may apply as disclosed at booking.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by Texas law.
Workmanship warranties, where offered, are described in your service documentation. Equipment and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures unrelated to the work we performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or county courts serving Bell County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
