"Back in August of 2019, Deane electric and Ac installed our American Standard unit. About a year later our unit started leaking on a late weekend evening; we called John Deane. He explained he was out of town, but took the time to stay on the phone til our problem was resolved. He walked us through step by step on how to clear our drain line instead of making us wait until Monday. He didn’t even charge us for his time on the phone. Great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new unit or their AC fix."
