"I was scheduled for a window - 9:30 to 12:00. Got a call from the repairman - his first appointment cancelled. Could he come early. He quickly assessed the problem - found a burned element. He called for a replacement part, picked it up and replaced it. 1 hr and 15 minutes. $90 part. Visit total $183.75! Very pleased. I was afraid I'd have to replace the system. The tech had been here before a number of years ago. and provided the same service. Quick and easy fix without gouging for extra $$. I've used a licensed electrician from Deane Electric in the past - same results. Good service and reasonable pricing! I'm impressed and will call Deane the next time! Thank you!"
