"Mr John Deane is a extremely helpful business owner, he walked me through changing my transformer over the phone, Mr. Chris came over and showed me how to clean the drain pipe to my AC unit. These guys aren't out here just to make money from you. They are genuinely nice and helpful people trying to keep your electrical working and you're home cool in the summer. Chris was at my house within an hour of calling the company. Kimberly was very nice and pleasant to work with getting a technician over to the house. Killeen is full of companies trying to screw you over and it's amazingly refreshing to find one that just wants the best for there customers. Mr John is not only a good business owner but he's extremely knowledgeable about his business duties and he even takes service calls regularly. I really recommend this company."
